Actual vs Pending Bills
Actual counts paid amounts only, including partially paid bills. Pending Bills is the amount still due on pending, approved and overdue bills. Projected Cost is the higher of Original and Actual.
Needs an estimate first
Until the project has an estimate or Bill of Quantities, Budget shows "You have no financial information yet". Budget uses the same access as Reports.
