Bill of Quantities
Price a project line by line, group it into bills, lock it as the contract, and revise it when scope changes.
What is the BoQ?
The Bill of Quantities lists everything to be built, with a quantity and a rate for each line. Open any project and select Estimation. PMC and QS roles see it named Bill of Quantities, and subcontractors see Quotation.

Lock and Revise
When the numbers are agreed, choose Lock as Contract. A locked BoQ can't be edited. To change scope, Create revision to start a new editable version, or use Unlock for an admin correction. Unlocking asks for a reason and is recorded in the audit log.
